基于德尔菲法构建心血管病患者中医护理质量指标体系

Construction of nursing quality index system about traditional Chinese medicine in cardiovascular patients based on Delphi method

目的构建心血管病患者中医护理质量指标体系,为心血管病患者中医护理质量的评价提供依据。方法以三维质量结构模型为理论框架,基于文献回顾以及临床实践经验初步形成心血管病中医护理质量指标,经过2轮专家函询以及层次分析最终确定心血管病患者中医护理质量指标。结果2轮专家函询,问卷回收率均为100%,有效率分别为100%和93.75%,专家权威系数分别为0.738和0.743,专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.221和0.234。最终形成的心血管病患者中医护理质量指标体系包含3项一级指标、9项二级指标和31项三级指标。结论本研究构建的心血管病患者中医护理质量指标体系科学、合理,在提高心血管病患者中医护理质量方面具有参考价值。

Objective To construct the index system of nursing quality about traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for cardiovascular patients,and to provide basis for the evaluation of TCM nursing quality for cardiovascular patients.Methods Taken the three-dimensional quality structure model as the theoretical framework,the TCM nursing quality index of cardiovascular disease patients was preliminarily formed based on literature review and clinical practice experience.After 2 rounds of expert letter consultation and analytical hierarchy process,the TCM nursing quality index of cardiovascular disease patients was finally determined.Results In two rounds of expert letter consultation,the recovery rate of questionnaire was 100%,the effective rate was 100%and 93.75%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.738 and 0.743,and the Kendall harmony coefficient of expert opinion was 0.221 and 0.234,respectively.The finally TCM nursing quality index system for cardiovascular patients includes 3 first-level indexes,9 second-level indexes,and 31 third-level indexes.Conclusion The TCM nursing quality index system of cardiovascular patients established in this study is scientific and reasonable,which has reference value in improving the TCM nursing quality of cardiovascular patients.
