粪便菌群移植志愿者招募与管理路径的研究

Study on recruitment and management of fecal flora transplantation volunteers

目的探讨粪便菌群移植志愿者的招募与管理方法,总结其相关经验,为粪便菌群移植技术顺利开展提供借鉴。方法2020年9—12月,我院粪便菌群移植技术管理团队与距离医院10 km以内的2所大学联合,运用信息技术招募在校粪便菌群移植志愿者。对志愿者进行心理测试、疾病谱初筛、血液/粪便检查、面试访谈、捐赠前检查等流程。结果2所大学共5762名在校大学生在为期3个月的招募活动中,共有219名(3.8%)大学生参与粪便菌群移植志愿者招募活动,219名志愿者最终只有9名(4.11%)成为合格的志愿捐赠者。其中:心理测试排除16人,疾病谱筛查排除39人,粪便检查排除71人,血液检查排除2人,综合评估、访谈排除74人,粪菌捐赠前再次检查排除8人。结论粪便菌群移植志愿者招募与管理具有一定的挑战性,应多方宣传,多维激励,并通过建立科学、规范、标准的粪便菌群移植捐赠管理路径,有效促进粪便菌群移植技术的开展。

Objective To explore the recruitment and management methods of fecal microbiota transplantation volunteers,and to summarize the relevant experience of recruitment and management of fecal microbiota transplantation volunteers,and so as to provide experience for the smooth development of fecal microbiota transplantation technology.Methods From September to December 2020,the technology management team of fecal microbiota transplantation in our hospital cooperated with two universities within 10 kilometers from the hospital to recruit school volunteers by using information technology.The volunteers were subjected to psychological test,preliminary screening of disease spectrum,blood/fecal examination for volunteers,interview,and fecal examination.Results A total of 5762 college students from two universities participated in the recruitment of fecal microbiota transplantation volunteers for 3 months.Two hundred and nineteen volunteers(3.8%)were prescreened by management path and only 9 of the 219 volunteers(4.11%)became eligible volunteer donors.Among them,16 were excluded by psychological test,39 by disease spectrum screening,71 by fecal examination,2 by blood examination,74 by comprehensive evaluation and interview,and 8 by re-examination before fecal bacteria donation.Conclusion It is challenging to recruit and manage fecal microbiota transplantation volunteers.Multiple publicity and incentives should be provided,and a scientific,normal,and standard management path for fecal microbiota transplantation and donation should be established so as to promote the effective development of fecal microbiota transplantation technology.
