摘要
针对大学生心理健康教育存在的问题,高校可以从以下路径入手发挥“培根铸魂、启智润心”的指导功能:以积极心理学理念为指引,提升大学生心理健康教育的“培根”功能;广泛吸纳思政元素,强化大学生心理健康教育的“铸魂”功能;深化团体心理辅导体验,发挥大学生心理健康教育的“启智”功能;建构和谐师生关系,激活大学生心理健康教育的“润心”功能。
In view of the problems of mental health education of college students,colleges and universities can start from the following paths to play the guiding function of“cultivating national roots and establishing cultural soul,developing wisdom and nourishing heart”:We take the concept of positive psychology as a guide to enhance the function of“cultivating national roots”in mental health education of college students.We absorb the elements of thinking and politics extensively to strengthen the function of“establishing cultural soul”of mental health education for college students;we deepen the group counseling experience to bring into play the function of“developing wisdom”of mental health education for college students.We construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship to activate the function of“nourishing heart”of mental health education for college students.
