数字经济时代职业教育数字化能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Digital Ability of Vocational Education in the Era of Digital Economy

数字经济时代,数字化人才成为企业数字化转型的核心驱动力,社会对人才能力需求有了新的标准,因此,要满足社会需求,人才培养模式就要发生改变。针对我国职业教育数字化能力培养现状进行调研,以财务会计类专业为研究对象,以岗位职业能力需求为导向,分析职业教育数字化能力人才培养模式,探索数字经济时代财务会计类专业数字化能力培养新途径。

In the era of digital economy, digital talents have become the core driving force for enterprises’ digital transformation. Society has set new standards for the demand of talents ability,therefore the talents training mode must be changed in order to meet the social needs. This paper investigates the current situation of the digital ability training of vocational education in China, takes the financial accounting specialty as the research object, and takes the post vocational ability demand as the guide, analyzes the training mode of talents with digitalability in vocational education,and explores a new way to cultivate the digital ability of the financial accounting specialty in the digital economy era.
