摘要 课程思政既是知识经济时代下提高人才培养质量的必然要求,也是增强职业教育适应性、促进职业教育高质量发展的关键动因,不仅关系到为党育人、为国育才的人才供给质量,而且事关职业教育服务经济社会发展价值的实现。课程思政的推进必须以增强职业教育适应性为逻辑起点和价值导向,厘清职业教育课程思政适应性的“三重逻辑”,即立德树人与新发展阶段的实然逻辑、人才培养与区域产业需求的应然逻辑、办学治校与增强服务能力的必然逻辑,深入挖掘课程思政的适应性理论资源,揭示课程思政在其内涵、需求、机制、价值等方面的深层困境,构建基于回归职业教育本真、增强课程思政适应性的实践路径,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接,进一步彰显职业教育课程思政育人成效和职业教育课程思政价值的转换,从而达到增强职业教育适应性的目的。 Curriculum ideological and political educationis not only the inevitable requirement to improve the quality of talents training in the era of knowledge economy, but also the key motivation to enhance the adaptability of vocational education and promote the high-quality development of vocational education, which is not only related to the quality of talents supply for the party and the country, but also related to the realization of the value of vocational education in serving economic and social development. The advancement of curriculum ideological and political education must take enhancing vocational education adaptability as the logical starting point and the value orientation, to clarify the "ternary logic" of curriculum ideological and political education adaptability in vocational education, namely, reality logic of moral education and cultivating people and the new stage of development,the necessary logic of talent straining and the demand of regional industry, and the inevitable logic of school administration and enhancing service ability.We should dig deeply the theory resources of curriculum ideological and political education adaptability, revealthe deep dilemma of curriculum ideological and political education in its connotation, requirements, mechanism and value, built the practical pathon the basis of regression of vocational education nature, and strengthening curriculum ideological and political education adaptability, promote organic cohesion of education chain, talents chain and industrial chain, and innovation chain, further reveal educational effectiveness and value transformation of curriculum ideological and political education in vocational education, so as to enhance the adaptability of vocational education.
