高职大学生的集体主义行为表现研究

Study On Collectivism Behavior Performance of Higher Vocational College Students

采用调查法,探讨了当面对个人利益和集体利益冲突时,不同的具体条件对高职大学生最终决策的影响。调查显示,高职大学生在处理个人和集体关系时,会根据不同的条件和情况进行理性的决策,从而表现出不同程度的集体主义或个人主义倾向。其中,成员关系、集体利益性质、个人利益与集体利益的一致程度等因素都可以显著影响高职大学生的决策倾向。据此,提出了对高职大学生进行集体主义教育的适应性对策。

Using the method of investigation, this paper discusses the influence of different specific conditions on the final decisionmaking of higher vocational college students when facing the conflict between individual interests and collective interests. The results show that higher vocational college students will make rational decisions according to different conditions and situations when dealing with individual and collective relations, thus showing different degrees of collectivism or individualism tendency. Among them, membership relationship, the nature of collective interest, the degree of consistency between individual interest and collective interest and other factors can significantly affect the decision-making tendency of higher vocational college students. Accordingly,this paper puts forward some adaptive countermeasures for collectivism education of higher vocational college students.
