大学生劳动教育现状调查报告——以山东商业职业技术学院为例

Investigation Report on the Current Situation of Labor Education for College Students——Taking Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology as an Example

近年来,国家发布一系列有关劳动教育的文件,越来越重视劳动教育。大学生对劳动教育的基本价值观如何?他们更喜欢什么样的教育方式?基于学校多年进行劳动服务学习教育的情况,采取问卷调查方式进行实证研究。调查数据显示:大学生对劳动意义价值本身的“知情意行”存在不一致性;劳动价值观存在一定问题;辅导员和思想政治课教师是对大学生共同实施劳动教育的关键人物;大学生更赞同实施劳动教育的方式方法多样化等。针对存在的问题,高校要高度重视大学生劳动教育,建立高效的劳动教育协调运行机制,并积极探索新时代加强劳动教育的多种途径,以保障高校劳动教育效果。

In recent years, the state has issued a series of documents on labor education, and the state pays more and more attention to labor education. What are the basic values of college students on labor education? What kind of education do they prefer? Based on the situation that the school has carried out labor service learning and education for many years, an empirical study is carried out by means of questionnaire. The survey data show that there are inconsistencies in college students’ "knowing, willing and doing" of the meaning and value of labor itself;There are some problems in labor values;Counselors and ideological and political teachers are the key figures in the joint implementation of labor education for college students;College students are more in favor of the diversification of ways and methods of implementing labor education. In view of the existing problems, colleges and universities should attach great importance to college students’ labor education, establish an efficient coordinated operation mechanism of labor education, and actively explore various ways to strengthen labor education in the new era, so as to ensure the effect of labor education in colleges and universities.
