驱动血吸虫生长发育的干细胞研究进展

Research progress of stem cells in driving schistosome growth and development

摘要 干细胞是一类可以增殖和分化的细胞,具有组织更新及损伤修复等功能。近年来,干细胞在血吸虫及其他寄生扁虫中的功能研究受到关注并取得重要进展。本文总结了血吸虫干细胞领域的研究进展及主要研究方法和工具,以期为深入理解血吸虫生长发育和寄生的生物学基础提供借鉴。 Stem cells are unspecialized cells that have the ability of self-renewal and differentiation into multiple cell types, which commit the tissue turnover and repair of the body. In recent years, the function of stem cells in schistosomes and other parasitic flatworms has attracted attention and a series of discoveries have been made. This review summarized the advances and tools in schistosome stem cell research to provide valuable information for understanding the basic biology of schistosome growth and development as well as the establishment of intermediate and definitive hosts.
