基于单片机的电瓶车防掉电控制系统设计及仿真 被引量:2

摘要 电瓶车具有出行方便、操作简单、低碳环保等优点,成为许多人近距离出行首选的交通工具。现有的电瓶车电源模块一般使用单电源供电系统,偶有掉电现象发生,使得电瓶车无法正常工作。为了解决该问题,该文基于STC89C52单片机设计了一种双电源电瓶车防掉电控制系统,该系统以STC89C52单片机及其外围电路作为主控单元,分别连接主电源模块、副电源模块、显示模块、电机采样模块、模数转换模块。当STC89C52单片机通过继电器开关检测到主电源模块发生掉电或者供电电压过低时,通过三极管开关启动副电源模块,实现主电源和副电源之间的切换,从而完成电瓶车防掉电的智能化,进一步通过Proteus软件对该系统进行仿真,结果表明该系统性能良好,能够成功解决电瓶车掉电问题。 With the advantages of convenient travel,simple operation,low carbon and environmental protection,battery car has become the preferred means of transportation for many people to travel in close range.However,the existing battery car power module generally uses a single power supply system,and power failure occurs occasional y,making the battery car unable to work normal y.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs a dual-power battery car anti-power-off control system based on STC89C52 microcontroller,which uses the STC89C52 microcontrol er and its peripheral circuit as the main control unit,connecting the main power supply module,the standby power supply module,the display module,the motor sampling module and the analogto-digital conversion module respectively.When STC89C52 single chip microcomputer detects that the main power supply module is powered off or the supply voltage is too low through the relay switch,the standby power supply module is started through the transistor switch to realize the switch between the main power supply and the standby power supply,so as to complete the intelligent anti-power failure of the battery car.The Proteus software is further used to simulate the system.The results show that the system has good performance and can successfully solve the problem of power failure of the battery car.
