航空紧固件保险质量打分软件的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Aviation Fastener Insurance Quality Scoring Software

航空紧固件保险在航空维修中得到广泛应用,其作用是为防止紧固件松动而采取的一种防范措施。当前在机务维修专业实践教学中,学生作品均由教师评判打分,但在实习学生人数较多的情况下,很难做到及时点评。为解决此问题,开发了一款紧固件保险质量打分软件。软件基于图像处理算法,采用微信小程序,学生通过手机拍摄作品,打分软件即可给出作品得分。软件能够有效提高学生的实习效率,帮助学生更好地掌握该项技能。

Aviation fastener insurance is widely used in aviation maintenance. Its function is to prevent fasteners from loosening. At present, in the practical teaching of aircraft maintenance major, the students’ works are judged and scored by teachers. However, in the case of a large number of students, it is difficult to make timely evaluation. In order to solve this problem, a fastener insurance quality scoring software is developed. The software is based on image processing algorithm and uses wechat applet, students photo the works by mobile phone,then the software can give the score of works. The software can effectively improve students’ practice efficiency and help students better master the skill.
