差分渐变槽天线及阵列的研究与设计

摘要 近年来广泛用于雷达设计的相控阵天线,正朝着宽带、高噪声抑制等高性能方向发展。为满足这一发展需求,该文对基片集成波导(SIW)差分传输特性进行了研究,基于差分SIW功分器设计了一款高共模抑制差分1×4天线阵列,该阵列具有良好的宽带匹配和端射特性,实现了低交叉极化和低旁瓣电平,能够有效降低外部噪声干扰,提高通信质量。基于此设计理论对差分渐变槽天线阵进行了实际加工与测试,证明测试与仿真结果吻合良好。 In recent years, phased array antennas, which are widely used in radar design, are developing towards the direction of performance such as broadband and high noise suppression. In order to meet this development requirement, through researching the differential transmission characteristics of the substrate integrated waveguide(SIW), a high common-mode suppressed differential 1×4 antenna array is designed based on the differential SIW power divider. The antenna is provided with good broadband matching and end-to-beam characteristics. Through realizing low cross-polarization and low side lobe level, it can reduce external noise interference and improves communication quality. After machining and testing the differential gradient slot antenna, the testing results are entirely consistent with the simulation results.
