人性化护理对子宫肌瘤术后患者下肢静脉血栓形成的预防效果

Efficacy of humanized nursing for the prevention of lower extremity venous thromboembolism after myomectomy

目的 探讨子宫肌瘤患者术后下肢静脉血栓栓塞预防中采用人性化护理的价值。方法 选取2020年2月至2021年12月间延安市延长县妇幼保健院收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用人性化护理,比较两组患者的护理效果、预后效果和静脉血流速度。结果 术后6h,两组患者下肢疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后72h,观察组患者下肢疼痛程度低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者下肢水肿和下肢静脉血栓发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者股静脉、腘静脉和胫后静脉血流速度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理可降低子宫肌瘤患者术后下肢静脉血栓栓塞发生率,改善疼痛程度,缩短住院时间,改善下肢血流速度,值得临床借鉴及参考。

Objective To analyze the significance of humanized nursing for the prevention of lower extremity venous thromboembolism in patients with uterine fibroids undergoing myomectomy. Methods One hundred patients with uterine fibroids were selected at Yanchang County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2020 to December 2021. They were divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 patients in each group using the random number table method. The observation group received humanized nursing plus routine nursing and the control group received routine nursing. Nursing efficacy, prognosis and venous blood flow velocity were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in the severity of lower limb pain between the two groups at 6 h after the operation. The severity of lower limb pain at 72 h after the operation was lower in the observation group than in the control group, the length of hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than in the control group, and patient satisfaction with nursing was higher in in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). The incidence of lower extremity edema and lower extremity venous thrombosis were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(all P<0.05). The blood flow velocity at the femoral, popliteal and posterior tibial veins was higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing can reduce the incidence of lower extremity venous thromboembolism, lessen the severity of pain, shorten length of hospital stay and improve the blood flow velocity of the lower extremities after myomectomy. It is worthy of recommendation and reference.
