加速康复外科护理在咽喉肿瘤患者中的效果观察

Efficacy of nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients with throat tumors

目的 探讨加速康复外科理念的围术期护理干预在咽喉肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年8月至2022年4月间陕西省第四人民医院收治的30例咽喉肿瘤患者作为研究目标,按照随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组15例。对照组行传统护理干预,试验组行基于加速康复外科理念的围术期护理干预,比较两组的护理满意度、生活质量、汉密尔顿焦虑自评量表(HAMA)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)与不良反应。结果 护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分、HAMA评分、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,试验组与对照组相比,生活质量评分、HAMA评分、VAS评分均较优,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组(100.0%)与对照组(66.7%)相比,护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组(0.0%)与对照组(26.7%)相比,不良反应率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 咽喉肿瘤患者行基于加速康复外科理念的围术期护理干预,可提升护理满意度,改善生活质量,缓解焦虑情绪与疼痛,值得临床进一步研究、借鉴。

Objective To systematically analyze the efficacy of nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients with throat tumors. Methods Thirty patients with throat tumors treated at Fourth People’s Hospital of Shaanxi Province were selected from August 2019 to April 2022. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group using the random number method with 15 patients in each group. The experimental group received nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery and the control group received conventional nursing intervention. Patient satisfaction with nursing, quality of life, Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) score, visual analogue scale(VAS) score and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the quality of life score, HAMA score and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, quality of life score, HAMA score and VAS score were better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction was 100.0% in the experimental group which was higher than 66.7% of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.0% in the experimental group which was lower than 26.7% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery can significantly improve nursing satisfaction, improve quality of life, relieve anxiety and pain in throat tumor patients. It is worthy of further clinical research and use for reference.
