快速康复外科在口腔颌面部肿瘤患者围手术期中的应用效果

Efficacy of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors

目的 探讨快速康复外科(FTS)理念在口腔颌面部肿瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用效果及患者满意度。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年12月间空军军医大学第二附属医院收治的285例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者,根据随机数表法分组,对照组142例接受常规护理,观察组143例在对照组基础上接受FTS理念护理,对比两组术后恢复指标、并发症总发生率和患者满意度。结果 观察组留置胃管、留置引流管、住院时间均短于对照组;观察组并发症总发生率(1.4%)低于对照组(8.5%);观察组患者满意度(97.9%)高于对照组(89.4%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 FTS理念可有效缩短口腔颌面部肿瘤患者术后恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and patient satisfaction of fast track surgery(FTS) concept in perioperative nursing of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods A total of 285 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors who were admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University were selected from January 2019 to December 2021. They were divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method. One hundred and forty-three patients in the observation group received FTS based nursing apart from conventional nursing and 142 patients in the control group received conventional nursing care. Postoperative recovery indicators, overall incidence of complications, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Length of indwelling gastric tube, indwelling drainage tube and hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). The overall incidence of complications was lower in the observation group(1.4%) than in the control group(8.5%), and patient satisfaction was higher in the observation group(97.9%). In the control group(89.4%)(all P<0.05). Conclusion FTS concept can effectively shorten time needed for postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.
