摘要
在增强师德师风的大背景下,为探究教师内部人身份认知与组织公民行为的关系及影响路径,文章基于个体心理认知层面,通过对235名中学教师的问卷调查研究结果发现:内部人身份认知对组织公民行为具有显著的正向影响,这一影响需要借助公共服务动机这一中介变量来完成,而外向性对内部人身份认知与公共服务动机的关系具有调节作用。本研究揭示出内部人身份认知对组织公民行为的作用机制,对学校管理具有一定的理论和现实意义。
Under the background of enhancing teachers'ethics,in order to explore the relationship between teachers'insider identity cognition and organizational citizenship behavior and its influence path,based on the level of individual psychological cognition,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey of 235 middle school teachers.The research results showed that:The internal identity cognition has a significant positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior,which needs to be completed by the mediating variable of public service motivation,while extraversion has a moderating effect on the relationship between internal identity cognition and public service motivation.This study reveals the mechanism of internal identity cognition on organizational citizenship behavior,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for school management.
