后疫情时代地方高校大学生就业意愿及影响因素研究

摘要 在后疫情时代背景下,高校毕业生面临的就业形势愈发复杂,探究其就业意愿及影响因素有利于缓解高校毕业生的就业问题。文章通过运用结构方程模型,对地方高校大学生就业意愿及影响因素进行了调查分析,结果表明:(1)专业因素和地域因素对大学生就业意愿产生显著的正向影响;(2)工作因素、专业因素、地域因素以及个人因素之间存在显著的相互影响;(3)专业因素、地域因素和工作因素可通过就业服务对大学生就业意愿产生显著的影响。对此,地方政府应制定措施,保障公平就业的可行性、提高就业服务质量;学校应引导大学生树立正确的就业观念,加强大学生就业指导,开拓就业渠道,更加有效地促进大学生就业意愿的达成。 In the post-epidemic era,the employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more complex.Exploring their employment intention and influencing factors will help alleviate the employment problems of college graduates.By using structural equation model,this paper studies the employment intention of local university students and its influencing factors.The results show that:(1)major factors and regional factors have a significant positive impact on college students'employment intention;(2)work factors,professional factors,regional factors and personal factors have significant mutual influence;(3)professional factors,regional factors and job factors have a significant impact on college students'employment intention through employment services.In this regard,the government should strengthen the protection of fair employment,improve the quality of employment services,schools should strengthen the strength of employment guidance,guide college students to establish a correct concept of employment,so as to effectively promote the employment of college students.
