疫情常态化背景下我国冰雪产业发展的现实危机与应对策略

Realistic crisis and countermeasures of China’s ice and snow industry development under the background of epidemic normalization

通过对我国13家冰雪产业上市公司2010—2020年经营状况分析,剖析新冠疫情对我国冰雪产业发展的影响,探讨疫情常态化背景下我国冰雪产业发展的现实危机与应对策略.研究发现,新冠疫情影响下我国冰雪产业发展呈现下滑态势,浮现出冰雪产业链断裂、企业为降低硬性支出被迫降薪裁员、消费者对冰雪运动关注度、参与度下降及需求降低等问题.研究认为,疫情常态化背景下我国冰雪产业发展应从稳定冰雪产业供应链、加强政策支持与引导、刺激消费者需求等方面缓解当前危机.并从大力发展数字化经济,实现冰雪产业四季经营、依靠科技发展智能化“制造+服务”,促进冰雪产业转型升级、健全冰雪场馆经营管理模式与应急长效管理机制等方面复苏冰雪产业经济.

Through the analysis of 13 listed companies in China’s ice and snow industry from 2010 to 2020,the impact of COVID-19 on the development of China’s ice and snow industry was analyzed,and the realistic crisis and countermeasures of China’s ice and snow industry development under the background of the normalization of the epidemic were discussed.The research shows that the industry chain of China’s ice and snow industry has broken down under the influence of COVID-19.Companies are forced to cut wages and lay off workers to reduce hard spending.Consumers’attention to and participation in ice and snow sports are reduced and their demand is reduced.It is concluded that the development of China’s ice and snow industry should stabilize the supply chain of ice and snow industry,strengthen policy support and guidance,stimulate consumer demand and other aspects to alleviate the crisis under the background of the normalization of the epidemic.The economic development of the snow and ice industry should be revived from the following aspects:vigorously developing digital economy,realizing the four-season operation of the snow and ice industry,developing intelligent“manufacturing+service”by relying on science and technology,promoting the transformation and upgrading of the snow and ice industry,improving the operation and management mode of ice and ice venues and the long-term emergency management mechanism.
