应用型基础医学整合课程中模块化教学团队的建设与实践 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析应用型医学院校基础医学整合课程运行中模块化教学团队的建设及其实践意义。方法2016年1月—2020年12月随机选取2015级临床医学专业中8个班级共245名学生,分为观察组(4个班级,n=120)与对照组(4个班级,n=125),对照组应用传统教学法,观察组组建模块化教学团队,实施以器官系统为中心的模块化教学,教学结束后均参加考试比较两组学生考试成绩,分析模块化教学团队建设对应用型医学院校基础医学整合课程运行的意义。结果观察组学生期末考试综合实验考核、理论考核及形成性评价分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其教学效果问卷学习主动性、语言表达、合作学习、学习效果、科研思维等维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对课堂教学满意度、课外教学满意度、实践教学满意度、教学管理满意度及教学质量满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用型医学院校基础医学整合课程中应用模块化教学模式较传统教学模式可提高教学效果及教学质量,有助于提升学生整体素养,培养其自主学习能力及实践能力。 Objective To analyze the construction and practice significance of modular teaching team in integrated curriculum of basic medicine in applied medical colleges.Methods From January 2016 to December 2020,a total of 245 students from 8 classes of clinical medicine speciality in 2015 were randomly selected.They were divided into observation group(4 classes,n=120)and control group(4classes,n=125).Students in the control group were taught by traditional method,while students in the observation group received organ system-centered modular teaching carried out by a modular teaching team.After teaching,test scores of the two groups were compared,and the significance of modular teaching team construction in integrated curriculum of basic medicine in applied medical colleges was analyzed.Results The observation group got higher scores than the control group in terms of comprehensive experiment assessment,theoretical examination and formative evaluation in final exam(P<0.05).The scores of learning autonomy,language expression,cooperative learning,learning effect and scientific thinking in teaching effect questionnaire of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of classroom teaching,extracurricular teaching,practical teaching,teaching management and teaching quality were also higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching mode,the application of modular teaching mode in integrated curriculum of basic medicine in applied medical colleges can improve teaching effect and teaching quality,which is conducive to improving the students’overall quality,and cultivating their independent learning ability and practical ability.
