PBL联合CBL教学法在肿瘤科医师培训带教中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨放射肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训带教中PBL联合CBL教学法的应用效果。方法针对2018年1月—2020年12月在重庆大学附属肿瘤医院放射肿瘤科参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师16名,依据培训带教方法分为PBL联合CBL的教学法组(结合教学模式组)、传统教学法组两组,分别有7名、9名,统计分析两组住院医师的出科成绩、教学评价及教学满意度。结果结合教学模式组住院医师的理论考试成绩、技能考试成绩及总成绩均显著高于传统教学模式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结合教学模式组住院医师认为教学目标明确、深化知识理解、提高靶区勾画水平、提高学习兴趣与积极主动性、提高自主学习能力、提高分析解决问题能力、提高团队合作能力、提高综合能力比例均高于传统教学模式组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结合教学模式组住院医师的教学满意度100.00%(7/7)显著高于传统教学模式组44.44%(4/9),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放射肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训带教中PBL联合CBL教学模式的应用效果较传统教学模式好。 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the standardized training of residents in radiation oncology department.Methods For the 16 resident doctors who participated in the standardized training of resident doctors in the radiation oncology department of Chongqing University Cancer Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020,they were divided into the PBL combined CBL teaching method group(combined teaching mode group)and the traditional teaching mode group according to the training and teaching methods.There were 7 and 9 resident doctors in the two groups,respectively.The results,teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the resident doctors in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The theoretical test scores,skill test scores and total scores of residents in the combined teaching mode group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching method group(P<0.05).The proportion of residents in the combined teaching mode group who think that the teaching objectives are clear,deepen knowledge understanding,improve the level of target area delineation,improve learning interest and initiative,improve autonomous learning ability,improve the ability to analyze and solve problems,improve team cooperation ability and improve comprehensive ability were higher than the traditional teaching method group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The teaching satisfaction of residents in the combined teaching mode group was 100.00%(7/7)significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching mode group 44.44%(5/9),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the standardized training of residents in radiation oncology department is better than that of traditional teaching mode.
