摘要
目的分析并探究血管外科护理教学采取网络环境下问题学习教学(web environment problem-based learning,WPBL)的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2021年1月于昆明医科大学第一附属医院血管外科进行实习的护生研究,统计180名,采取奇偶法原则分组,分为两组,即常规组(n=90)和观察组(n=90),接受常规带教模式者纳入常规组,接受网络环境下问题学习带教者纳入观察组,对比两组效果。结果观察组理论知识、实践操作、沟通能力及自学能力评分相比于常规组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在“提高学习效率、增强网络学习资源、培养逻辑思维能力”等方面,观察组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。较常规组,观察组满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管外科护理教学采取网络环境下问题学习教学(WPBL)效果理想,可提高护生学习积极性、参与性,促进其自主学习、问题解决能力提升,较常规教学法,优势显著。
Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of adopting web environment problem-based learning(WPBL)in vascular surgery nursing teaching.Methods A study of nursing students who were internships in the department of vascular surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2016 to January 2021 was selected,180 people were counted,grouped according to the principle of parity,and divided into two groups,namely the routine group(n=90)and observation In the group(n=90),those who received regular teaching mode were included in the regular group,and those who received problem learning in the online environment were included in the observation group,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,communication ability and self-study ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).In the aspects of"improving learning efficiency,enhancing network learning resources,and cultivating logical thinking ability",the observation group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-based learning teaching(WPBL)in the network environment of vascular surgery nursing teaching has an ideal effect.It can improve the enthusiasm and participation of nursing students,promote their independent learning and problem-solving ability.Compared with conventional teaching methods,it has significant advantages.
