摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术联合以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)与案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在足踝外科进修医生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2018年7月—2019年6月于滨州医学院附属医院足踝外科进修40名为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(20名)、试验组(20名)。对照组采用传统的教学模式进行培养,试验组采用3D打印技术联合PBL与CBL进行教学。足踝外科培训结束前通过问卷调查表和教学效果考核对两组医生测评,并对成绩分析比较。结果采用3D打印技术联合PBL与CBL教学法,进修医生教学方法选择认可度、自主学习的能力、分析解决问题的能力、学习的兴趣、可能有效性及考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术联合PBL与CBL教学法能够将复杂解剖与真实案例相结合,显著激发进修医生的学习热情,使其在自学、思维、总结等综合能力与素质得到提高,同时他们的临床能力提升可以更好地适应足踝外科临床治疗的要求。 Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing technology combined with problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)in the clinical teaching of foot and ankle surgeons.Methods From July 2018 to June 2019,40 patients were enrolled in the foot and ankle surgery program in Binzhou Medical University Hospital.They were divided into control group(20 persons)and test group(20 persons)by random number table method.The control group was trained with traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group was trained with PBL and CBL by 3D printing technology.At the end of foot and ankle surgery training,two groups of doctors were evaluated by questionnaire and teaching effect assessment,and the results were analyzed and compared.Results PBL and CBL were combined with 3D printing,there were significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups in the recognition of teaching method choice,the ability of self-study,the ability of analyzing and solving problems,the interest of study,the possibility of validity and the examination results.Conclusion The combination of 3D printing technology with PBL and CBL teaching method can combine the complex anatomy with real cases,stimulate the study enthusiasm of the refresher doctors,and improve their comprehensive ability and quality in self-study,thinking and summarizing,at the same time,their clinical ability can be improved to better meet the requirements of clinical foot and ankle surgery.
