摘要 急诊科护理教学对于急诊科护理水平的提升发挥着重要的作用,但是在实际的急诊科护理教学过程中,还存在着一些问题。这些问题除了教学手段和教学方法以外,和教学氛围以及教学的体系有关,需要采用新的教学模式和方法有效的提升教学质量,达到培训效果。问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)目前越来越广泛的应用于临床教学中,而PBL教学结合情景模拟教学可以在急诊科护理教学中发挥重要作用,它通过问题的引导和模拟在线急诊的场景和临床的环境,使学生能够学到更多的急诊护理知识和实际操作技能,更加切实的感受到急诊急救的氛围,具有很强的说服力和感染力。相比传统的以教授为主的教学方式更加高效,更加有针对性,从而提高教学质量。文章研究将从PBL教学以及情景模拟教学的基本概述出发,对当前急诊科护理教学中存在的问题进行分析,进而对当前急诊科教学中融入PBL结合情景教学手段和方法的重要意义以及具体的实施措施进行论述和分析。 Emergency department nursing teaching plays an important role in improving the level of emergency department nursing, but there are still some problems in the actual emergency department nursing teaching process.In addition to teaching means and teaching methods,these problems are related to the teaching atmosphere and teaching system. It is necessary to adopt new teaching models and methods to effectively improve the teaching quality and achieve the training effect. Problem based learning(PBL) is more and more widely used in clinical teaching at present, and PBL teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching can play an important role in emergency department nursing teaching. It enables students to learn more emergency nursing knowledge and practical operation skills through problem guidance and Simulation of online emergency scene and clinical environment, It is very persuasive and infectious. Compared with the traditional teaching method based on professors, it is more efficient and more targeted, so as to improve the teaching quality. Starting from the basic overview of PBL teaching and scenario simulation teaching, the article will analyze the problems existing in the current emergency department nursing teaching, and then discuss and analyze the important significance and specific implementation measures of integrating PBL and scenario teaching methods into the current emergency department teaching.
