摘要
目的分析微信支持下的混合式教学模式构建及在消化内科见习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4—6月期间在兰州大学第一医院消化内科见习的学生38名作为对照组,选取2019年4—6月期间在兰州大学第一医院消化内科见习的学生38名作为观察组,对照组见习生接受传统教学模式,观察组见习生接受微信支持下的混合式教学模式。比较两组见习生对教学的满意度以及理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩以及出勤率情况。结果观察组见习生对教学质量的满意度为100.00%,高于对照组见习生对教学质量的满意度(84.21%),组间数据差异显著(P<0.05);观察组见习生的理论考核成绩为(86.29±8.47)分、技能考核成绩为(85.97±8.41)分,均高于对照组见习生的理论考核成绩和技能考核成绩对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组见习生的出勤率为97.37%,略高于对照组见习生的出勤率(92.11%),但数据对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消化内科见习生接受微信支持下的混合式教学模式教学,使见习生更积极的参与教学当中,进而显著提升其理论成绩和技能成绩,见习生对教学质量有较高的满意度,应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the construction of mixed teaching mode under WeChat support and the application effect of studying in digestion in internal medicine.Methods 38 interns in the Department of Gastroenterology of the first hospital of Lanzhou University from April to June 2018 were selected as the control group,and 38 interns in the department of gastroenterology of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from April to June 2019 were selected as the observation group.The interns in the control group accepted the traditional teaching mode,and the interns in the observation group accepted the mixed teaching mode supported by WeChat.Compare the two groups of trainees’satisfaction with teaching,theoretical assessment results,skills assessment results and attendance rate.Results The satisfaction of the interns in the observation group with the teaching quality was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(84.21%).There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);The results of theoretical assessment and skill assessment of the interns in the observation group were(86.29±8.47)points and(85.97±8.41)points,which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The attendance rate of the interns in the observation group was 97.37%,which was slightly higher than that of the control group(92.11%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Interns in gastroenterology department accept the mixed teaching mode supported by WeChat,so that they can participate in teaching more actively,and then significantly improve their theoretical and technical achievements.Interns have high satisfaction with teaching quality and high application value.
