摘要
目的构建慕课背景下的线上线下混合式教学模式,并探讨该模式在传染病学教学中的应用效果。方法选取轮转感染科的实习学生120名,采用随机数字表法将学生分为观察组和对照组,每组60名。观察组依托慕课在线网络教学平台,开展线上线下混合模式教学,对照组采用传统模式教学。比较两组学生在课程结束后的理论考试成绩、技能考试成绩及对教学方法的评价。结果课程结束后,观察组的理论考试成绩、技能考试成绩均较对照组显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组的理论考试成绩优良率和技能考试成绩优良率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组学生在该教学模式可以督促自己课前预习、该教学模式可以培养自学能力、该教学模式可以提高学习的积极性、该教学模式有助于回顾基础知识点、该教学模式有助于培养临床诊断思维能力和总体上,对该教学模式比较满意方面的认可度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于慕课的混合式教学模式在传染病学教学中具有一定效果,可以显著改善学生的学习效果,且易被学生认可。
Objective To construct the online and offline mixed teaching mode under the background of MOOC,and to explore the application effect of this mode in the teaching of infectious diseases.Methods A total of 120 interns in the department of infection were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group relied on MOOC online network teaching platform to carry out online and offline mixed mode teaching,while the control group adopted traditional mode teaching.The scores of theory test,skill test and the evaluation of teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results After the course,the theoretical test scores and skill test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The excellent and good rate of theory test scores and skill test scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the students in the observation group can supervise and urge themselves to preview before class,cultivate their self-learning ability,improve their enthusiasm for learning,help review basic knowledge points and teach.The learning mode was helpful to cultivate the ability of clinical diagnosis thinking and in general,the recognition of the teaching mode in terms of satisfaction was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching mode based on MOOC has a certain effect in the teaching of infectious diseases,can significantly improve the learning effect of students,and is easy to be recognized by students,which is worthy of promotion.
