肠鸣音监测仪在临床诊断学教学中的应用

Application of Bowel Sound Monitor in Clinical Diagnostics Teaching

目的 探讨自主研发的肠鸣音监测仪在肠鸣音教学中的应用价值。方法 2019年9月—2020年1月,选取海军军医大学2017级临床医学五年制本科第二教学班学生共90名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组。前者采用传统声学听诊器进行教学,后者以自主研发的肠鸣音监测仪辅助进行教学,对两组研究对象肠鸣音的考核成绩和教学反馈进行统计分析。结果 试验组学生肠鸣音听诊考核成绩显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),学生总体教学反馈评分更高。结论 肠鸣音监测仪有助于增强学生对肠鸣音听诊的认知,提高肠鸣音听诊的教学效率,值得在本科生临床教学中推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of self-developed bowel sound monitor in the teaching of bowel sound auscultation. Methods From September 2019to January 2020, a total of 90 students in the second teaching class of the 2017 five-year undergraduate program of clinical medicine of the Naval Military Medical University were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the test group. The former uses the traditional acoustic stethoscope for teaching, and the latter uses the self-developed bowel sound monitor to assist in teaching. The assessment results and teaching feedback of the two groups of subjects are statistically analyzed. Results The results of auscultation examination of bowel sounds of the students in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the overall teaching feedback score of the students was higher.Conclusion The bowel sound monitor is helpful to enhance the students’ cognition of bowel sound auscultation and improve the teaching efficiency of bowel sound auscultation,which is worth popularizing and applying in the clinical teaching of undergraduates.
