病例讨论结合MDT在住培医师临床教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 住院医师规范化培训是为了培养合格的住院医师而采取的一项重大的医疗改革举措。广州医科大学附属第三医院口腔科是口腔全科住院医师规范化培训基地之一,教师团队在数年的带教过程中,建立了病例讨论与多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)相结合的教学模式,获得了校方和院方的一致好评,并得到了住培学员的肯定,逐渐发展成为住培基地中的一大亮点。这种授课模式是以临床实际病例为载体,主讲教师通过环环相扣的问题引导学生的思路,充分调动住培医师作为课堂参与者的积极性,并邀请与病案相关的多个口腔专科医师参与,从更为专业的角度,提出诊疗措施和建议。通过这种教学模式,帮助住培医师建立系统的临床思维体系,充分培养住培医师的全科医疗意识。 Standardized residency training is an important medical reform measure to cultivate qualified residents.The department of stomatology of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University is one of the standardized training bases for general dentists.In the course of teaching for several years,the teacher team has established a teaching mode combining case discussion with multi-disciplinary team(MDT),which has won the unanimous praise of the school and the hospital,and has been affirmed by the raining physicians,and gradually developed into a brightened dot in the standardized training base.The kind of teaching mode is based on the actual clinical cases.The lecturer guides the students’thinking through the interlocking questions,fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of the raining physicians as the major participants,and invites one or more stomatologists related to the case to participate,and puts forward the diagnosis and treatment measures and suggestions from a more professional perspective.Through this teaching model,it helps the raining physicians to establish a systematic clinical thinking and fully cultivate the awareness of oral general medicine.
