摘要
鉴于地市级医院与医学院校教学医院在教学上存在明显的差异,特别体现在教师方面,笔者以中山市人民医院放射科住培基地为例,讨论带教教师存在的问题及解决方法。问题主要包括:临床与教学存在矛盾,当临床工作与教学工作发生冲突时,普遍会压缩教学工作。教师成员年龄老化,职称配比不合理,高级职称占最大比例,缺少中青年骨干教师。带教意识欠缺,拘泥于固定的教学模式,带教方法不规范,考核和评价效果欠缺,未落实奖励和惩罚制度等。解决方法建议:医院层面需要提升对教学的重视程度,将临床与教学的发展共同规划,解决教学人员数量和质量上的短板。带教意识的提高需要一个长期培训的过程,从提高带教教师自身素质着手。考核标准需要客观、公正,重要的是要落实奖励和惩罚,考核和评价要有反馈。
The teaching aspect between prefecture-city level hospital and medical schools affiliated hospital had apparent differences, especially to be reflected in teachers.Taking the residential training base of radiology department of Zhongshan City People’s Hospital as an example,the author discusses the problems and solutions of the teaching teachers. The problems contained that there was contradiction between clinic and teaching. The teachers normally compressed teaching jobs when encountering the conflict between clinic and teaching. Others contained teachers aging, the unreasonable professional title ratio,lacking younger major teachers, lacking of teaching consciousness, to stick to changeless teaching mode,non-standard teaching methods, in short of effecting of examination and evaluation, no encouragement and punishment, etc. The approximately resolving methods were suggested.The hospital level should promote the reconstruction degree of teaching and plan equally on the clinic and teaching in order to resolve the shortcomings of teachers’ quantity and quality. The promotion of teaching consciousness needed a long term of training process. The teachers themselves diathesis was the point of training. The evaluation standard should be fairness and objection. The encouragement and punishment should be carry out. The examination and evaluation needed the feedback.
