摘要
文章基于推进生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化视角,以问题为导向,从建立健全生态环境治理的领导责任体系、监管体系、企业责任体系、全民行动体系、法律标准体系、市场体系等方面,分析和解读《中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法》。
From the perspectives of promoting modernization of ecological and environmental treatment system and treatment capacity,this paper analyzed and interpreted the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Noise Pollution Prevention and Control in a problem-oriented manner,including establishing and perfecting the leadership responsibility system,supervision system,corporate responsibility system,civil action system,legal standard system,market system and so on for ecological and environmental treatment.
