摘要
文章研究了多元醇种类、多元醇分子量和扩链剂种类对新型微孔聚氨酯弹性体的减振降噪影响。结果表明,新型微孔聚氨酯弹性体的动静态模量比低于1.3,承受循环疲劳载荷300万次以上其性能下降率低于10%,-35℃—45℃条件下静态模量变化率低于10%,压缩永久形变率低于3%。聚氨酯弹性体具有低的固有频率和优良的减振降噪性能,隔振效率可达95%以上,隔声量可达30dB,在轨道交通、大型建筑等领域具有潜在应用价值,对推动噪声与振动控制领域的技术进步和产业发展具有重要意义。
In this paper, the effects of polyol type, polyol molecular weight and chain extender type on the vibration and noise reduction performance of new-type microporous polyurethane elastomer were researched. The results show that the dynamic and static modulus ratio of the new-type microporous polyurethane elastomer is less than 1.3, the performance degradation rate is less than 10% under 3million times of cyclic fatigue load, the static modulus change rate is less than 10% between-35℃ and 45 ℃, and the permanent compression set is less than 3%. Polyurethane elastomer has low intrinsic frequency and excellent vibration and noise reduction performance, its vibration isolation efficiency can reach more than 95%, and its sound reduction index can reach 30db. It has potential application value in rail transit, large buildings, national defense, military industry, etc. It is of great significance to promote the technological progress and industrial development of noise and vibration control with the publicity and implementation of the Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law in China.
