摘要
业财融合是企业价值管理的需求,预算管理是企业提升经营管理效率的必要手段,将业财融合嵌入预算管理,有助于推进企业财务转型,实现企业的价值管理目标。针对联动效应不足、业财沟通不畅、融合意识不强、管理决策受限、复合人才缺乏等问题,应采取健全业财融合机制、信息互通共享、统一目标管控、理顺业务流程、推动人员转型等改善措施,进而达到业财融合真正嵌入企业预算管理,统筹资源、提高效率、提升业绩,实现企业价值管理目标。
The integration of industry and finance is the demand of enterprise value management, and budget management is a necessary means for enterprises to improve the efficiency of operation and management. The integration of industry and finance into budget management is helpful to promote the financial transformation of enterprises and achieve the goal of enterprise value management. Aiming at the problems of insufficient linkage effect, weak communication of industry and finance, weak sense of integration, limited management decisions,lack of compound talents, improvement measures should be taken, such as perfecting the integration mechanism of industry and finance, information exchange and sharing, unified target management and control, rationalizing business processes, and promoting personnel transformation,so as to achieve the integration of industry and finance into the enterprise budget management,overall resources planning, efficiency and performance improvement, and realize the enterprise value management goals.
