高职院校英语课堂教学效率提升策略探析

Strategies for improving English classroom teaching efficiency in higher vocational colleges

当前,高职院校英语课堂教学存在高职学生的英语学习能力和理念欠缺、高职英语教师的教学能力和方法有待提高、高职英语的教学内容和课程设置有待完善等问题。课前精准摸排学生水平有利于激发学生学习热情,课中灵活创新教学手段有利于营造浓厚学习氛围,课后有效利用评价反馈有利于提高学生英语水平。因此,高职院校英语课堂教学要强调英语学习重要性、培养学生自主学习习惯,增强与学生的情感联系、营造轻松和谐课堂环境,侧重强化英语应用能力、广泛推动行业英语教学。

At present,there are some problems in English classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of English learning ability and ideas of higher vocational students,the deficiency of teaching ability and methods of higher vocational English teachers,and the defect of English teaching contents and curriculum setting.Accurate assessment of students’level before class is conducive to stimulating students’learning enthusiasm,flexible and innovative teaching methods in class will contribute to creating a strong learning atmosphere,and effective use of evaluation feedback after class is beneficial to improving students’English level.Therefore,to improve the efficiency of English classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges,we should emphasize the importance of English learning,cultivate students’independent learning habits,enhance the emotional connection with students,create a relaxed and harmonious classroom environment,focus on strengthening English application ability,and promote professional English teaching.
