摘要
本文研究活性稀释剂甲基丙烯酸苄酯的合成工艺过程。在此工艺中,采用甲基丙烯酰氯和无水苯甲醇作为原材料,并添加适量阻聚剂。于指定温度下开始反应,足够时间后得到反应混合产物;将上述反应混合产物依次通过碱洗,得到含有甲基丙烯酸苄酯的有机层溶液;将上述有机溶液在指定温度下进行减压蒸馏得到最终的甲基丙烯酸苄酯产物。通过对甲基丙烯酸苄酯产物的测试结果证明,本研究方法制备的甲基丙烯酸苄酯具有稀释能力大、反应活性高、储存稳定性好、环保性能优异的特点。
The synthesis process of the reactive diluent benzyl methacrylate is researched in this paper.In this process,methacrylic chloride and benzyl alcohol are used as raw materials,and an appropriate polymerization inhibitor is added.The reaction starts at a specified temperature for a sufficient time to obtain a reaction mixture product;the above reaction mixture products are sequentially washed with alkali to obtain the organic layer solution of benzyl acrylate;the above-mentioned organic solution is distilled under reduced pressure at a specified temperature to obtain the final benzyl methacrylate product.The test results of benzyl methacrylate products prove that the benzyl methacrylate prepared by this research method has the advantages of large dilution capacity,high reactivity,stable storage and excellent environmental performance.
