摘要
本文首先探讨了一种新型潜伏性固化剂的用量、固化条件对环氧树脂固化性能、贮存稳定性的影响。测试结果表明:当该潜伏性固化剂用量为环氧树脂的5 wt%,固化条件为170℃/2 h时,环氧树脂的反应活性较高,固化程度高;该固化剂在环氧树脂中的潜伏性非常好,贮存稳定性优异。由其配制得到的单组分无溶剂环氧绝缘树脂综合性能优异,可满足中小型低压电机的绝缘处理应用。
In this paper,the effects of dosage and curing condition of a new latent curing agent on the curing properties and storage stability of epoxy resins are discussed.The test results show that when the amount of latent curing agent is 5 wt%of epoxy resins and the curing condition is 170℃/2 h,the reactivity activity and curing degree of the insulating epoxy resins are high.The curing agent has very good latency in epoxy resin and excellent storage stability.The single component solvent-free epoxy resin prepared by it has excellent comprehensive properties and can meet the insulation treatment application of small and medium-sized low-voltage motors.It shows excellent latency in epoxy resin system,with the result that the storage stability of insulating epoxy resins is very good.
