摘要 气体扩散层(GDL)是燃料电池膜电极组件中的核心材料之一,在燃料电池中起到支撑催化层、收集电流、传导气体、排出反应产物水等重要作用。影响GDL材料性能发挥的因素很多,厚度、石墨化程度、孔径大小与孔径分布、亲疏水性等参数都会直接影响GDL的水气传输和导电导热性能。本文主要针对GDL厚度这一较为宏观的结构参数,分析其对电池性能影响的内在机制,并综述了国内外研究现状。 The gas diffusion layer(GDL)is one of the core materials in the membrane electrode assemble(MEA)of the fuel cell,it plays important roles in supporting catalytic layer,collecting current,conducting gas,and discharging generated water.There are many factors that affect the performance of GDL materials,parameters such as thickness,degree of graphitization,pore size and pore size distribution,hydrophobicity will directly affect the transmission of water and reaction gas as well as electrical and thermal conductivity of GDL.This article mainly focuses on the macro structural parameter of GDL thickness,analyzed the internal mechanism of its impact on battery performance,and reviewed the current research status at home and abroad.
