摘要
本文采用自制不饱和聚酯亚胺粘剂将云母纸和无碱玻璃布通过云母带机复合制备出耐热少胶粉云母带。该云母带胶粘剂分布均匀,表面平整,无气泡,无粘连或分层现象。其胶含量介于6~8%之间,挥发份低于2%,击穿电压高于6 kV。将此自制云母带应用于定子线圈中,配套使用本公司自主研发的不饱和聚酯亚胺类绝缘树脂进行真空压力浸渍,通过高温固化制作模拟线圈,对模拟线圈的性能测试及电热老化测试研究表明,该云母带的电气绝缘性能优异,且耐电热老化性能优良,可作为优异的绝缘材料应用于高压电机定子线圈的绝缘结构中。
In this paper,a homemade unsaturated polyester imine adhesive was used to prepare a heat-resistant mica tape with less resin by combining mica paper and alkali-free glass cloth through the mica tape machine.In the mica tape,the adhesive is evenly distributed.Thesurface of the mica tape is flat,and there are no bubbles,no adhesion or delamination in the mica tape.After experimentation,the rubber content is between 6 and 8%,the volatile part is less than 2%,the tensile strength and elongation at break are higher,and the breakdown voltage is higher than 6kV.This homemade mica tape is applied to the stator coil,and the vacuum pressure impregnation is carried out using the unsaturated polyester imine insulation resin independently developed by our company,and the simulated coil is made by high temperature curing.The performance test and the electrothermal aging test of the insulated wire rod show that the mica strip has excellent electrical insulation performance and excellent electrothermal aging resistance,and can be applied as an excellent insulation material to the insulating structure of the stator coil of the high-voltage motor.
