摘要
锂离子电池热稳定性评估是锂离子电池安全性评估的重要环节。绝热加速量热仪可以对锂离子电池进行热稳定性测试,探究电池的比热容、自加热起始温度、热失控起始温度以及热失控时间,系统的评估电池的热稳定性。测试结果显示电池比热容为0.974 J/(g·K),自放热起始温度为106.41℃,热失控起始温度为143.833℃,其热失控反应时间为469min。本文主要介绍了绝热加速量热仪的测试原理及方法、数据处理方法,为电池的热稳定性评估提出了一种测试手段。
The thermal stability evaluation of lithium-ion battery is an important part of the safety evaluation of lithium-ion battery. Adiabatic accelerating rate calorimeter test the thermal stability of lithium-ion battery, explore the specific heat capacity, self heating starting temperature, thermal runaway starting temperature and thermal runaway time of the battery, and systematically evaluate the thermal stability of the battery. The test results show that the specific heat capacity of the battery is 0.974 J/(g·K),the starting temperature of self heat release is 106.41 ℃, the starting temperature of thermal runaway is 143.833 ℃, and the reaction time of thermal runaway is 469 mins This paper mainly introduces the test principle, method and data processing method of accelerating rate calorimeter, and puts forward a test method for the evaluation of thermal stability of battery.
