摘要
针对燃料电池水温控制问题,本文将PID和模糊控制技术进行结合,在PLC控制器基础上开发了一套控制系统,实现了PID参数的在线调整自适应。实际应用实验显示,相比于传统PID技术,本文所介绍的模糊PID控制技术,能有效降低超调量、缩短调节时间,具有更好的动态响应特性,能更好适应燃料电池的实际工程应用需求。
Aiming at the problem of water temperature control of fuel cell,a method combined PID and fuzzy control is introduced in this paper.A PLC control system is designed based on the method and the PID parameters adjusting online is realized.Practical application experiment results show that the overshoot and adjust time of fuzzy-PID are both reduced compared to the traditional-PID,which has the better dynamic response characteristics and can meet the practical engineering application requirements of fuel cell.
