不同工况下的燃料电池模块噪声分析

摘要 对燃料电池模块进行了不同工况下的噪声测试。根据燃料电池模块机械结构布置,分析了燃料电池模块的噪声特性,并结合燃料电池模块不同工况下的负载输出、电机转速进行分析。分别对空气辅助、氢气辅助系统及水循环管理系统在模拟工况下单独运行的噪声进行了测试,结果表明空压机转速对模块噪声测试结果影响较大。优化燃料电池模块系统控制,降低空压机转速将有助于改善模块外部声学环境。 The fuel cell module has been tested for noise under different working conditions.According to the mechanical structure of the fuel cell assembly,the noise characteristics of the fuel cell assembly are analyzed,and the load output and the motor speed of the fuel cell assembly under different working conditions are analyzed.Under simulated operating conditions,the noise of the air-assisted system,hydrogen-assisted system and water circulation management system were tested.The results show that the speed of the air compressor has a greater impact on the module noise test results.Optimizing the control of the fuel cell module system and reducing the speed of the air compressor will help improve the external acoustic environment of the module.
