单晶高镍三元正极材料研究进展

摘要 目前已经商业化的高镍三元正极材料大多呈多晶形貌,在其充放电循环过程中,晶界附近会产生严重的微裂纹,造成锂离子电池性能加速衰减。单晶形貌的高镍三元正极材料能有效减少微裂纹的产生,是近年来锂离子电池正极材料研究的热点。本文介绍了单晶高镍三元正极材料的特点与制备方法,并详细综述了近年来单晶高镍三元正极材料的改性策略。 Most of the commercial Ni-rich ternary cathode materials have polycrystalline morphology.During the charge-discharge cycling process,serious microcracks will be generated along the grain boundaries,resulting in accelerated performance degradation of Li-ion batteries.Developing Ni-rich ternary cathode with single crystal morphology can effectively reduce the generation of microcracks,which is a hot spot in the research of cathode materials for Li-ion batteries in recent years.In this paper,the characteristics and preparation methods of single-crystal Ni-rich ternary cathode materials are introduced,and the modification strategies of single-crystal Ni-rich ternary cathode materials in recent years are reviewed in detail.
