试析化工园区突发环境事件应急体系建设

Analysis on the Construction of Emergency System for Emergent Environmental Incident in Chemical Industry Park

随着产业构成和规模的不断调整和优化,化工企业逐渐呈现出园区式集中建设的态势。这有助于促进资源调配和安全管理的融合,但同时也给预防环境风险带来了新的挑战。在实际工作的基础上,论文讨论了在建立突发环境事件应急体系时的流程优化,建设应急能力和处置措施等问题。

With the continuous adjustment and optimization of industrial composition and scale,chemical enterprises gradually show the trend of centralized construction of park type.It is helpful to develop the integration of resource allocation and safety management,but also brings new challenges to the prevention of environmental pollution risks.On the basis of practical work,this paper discusses the optimization of the process,the construction of emergency capacity and disposal measures in the preparation of the emergency system of environmental emergency.
