摘要
论文简单阐述了安钢3号高炉泵站采用的三种循环水系统:联合软水密闭循环水系统、敞开式循环水系统、直流冷却水系统及其工艺流程。在实际运行过程中,该站运行操作人员通过对联合密闭循环水系统16种自动联锁功能模式、旁滤系统、软水温度调整方法、倒泵操作方法进行优化,在安全运行、节能降耗等方面取得了明显的效果。
The paper briefly described the three circulating water systems adopted by Angang No.3 blast furnace pump station:combined soft water closed circulating water system,open circulating water system,once-through cooling water system and its process flow.In the actual operation process,the operating personnel of the station optimized the 16 automatic interlocking function modes of the combined closed circulating water system,the bypass filter system,the soft water temperature adjustment method,and the inverted pump operation method,in the safety operation,energy saving and consumption reduction,and other aspects have achieved obvious results.
