高校体育教学改革对教师素质的要求

On the requirement of teachers' quality in P.E.teaching reform in higher learning institutions

针对当前我国高校体育教学体系的现状和存在的一些问题 ,指出加强体育素质教育的前提是提高教师素质 。

Based on the situation in physical education system and some problems in higher learning institutions, the paper points out that the prerequisite to strengthen the P.E. quality education is to improve the teachers' quality, and it also puts forward some sugertion on how to improve the teachers' quality.
