基于Flowmaster的舷间水舱压差分析

摘要 为了研究舷间水舱注排水时内外压差变化规律,避免水舱超压破坏,对水舱注排水过程进行计算。采用数学模型分析、仿真分析和试验验证相结合的手段,对形成超压现象的影响因素进行研究。数学模型分析得注排水时水舱压力函数表达式,建立数值模型仿真分析水舱压力动态变化规律,最后试验测量注水工况下的水舱压力变化。结果表明水舱内外压差受水舱集气体积、管路流阻和海水压力变化速度3个因素影响,及时排放掉集气是避免水舱超压破坏的有效手段,增大通海口管径可以减缓水舱内外压差累积。 In order to study the variation law of internal and external pressure difference during water tank injection and drainage and avoid the damage of overpressure of water tank, the process of water tank injection and drainage was calculated. By means of mathematical model analysis, simulation analysis and experimental verification, the influencing factors of overpressure were studied. The mathematical model was used to analyze the pressure function expression of water tank during water injection and drainage, and a numerical model was established to simulate and analyze the dynamic change rule of water tank pressure. Finally, the pressure change of water tank under water injection condition was measured experimentally.The results show that the pressure difference inside and outside the water tank is affected by three factors: the gas collection volume of the water tank, the flow resistance of the pipeline and the change velocity of seawater pressure. Timely discharge of gas collection is an effective means to avoid overpressure damage of water tank. Increasing the diameter of the intel pipe can slow down the accumulation of pressure difference inside and outside the water tank.
