火电厂碳排放监测体系与核算方法分析 被引量:2

摘要 我国的温室气体排放量较大,排放量约占世界总排放量的四分之一。大量排放温室气体会对人们的居住环境、空气质量以及社会经济发展造成一定的消极影响,甚至还会出现冰川融化、海平面上升、粮食减产、物种灭绝等事件。温室气体包括水蒸气和二氧化碳,进行二氧化碳减排是当前需要重点、关注的问题。而我国的火电厂碳排放占全国总排放的40%。因此,本文针对火力发电厂现状、二氧化碳减排意义以及碳排放计算方式的探究,论述了环境治理对碳排放的影响,从而提出几种在核算方法和监测体系这两方面的应用策略。 China's greenhouse gas emissions are large,accounting for about a quarter of the world's total emissions.A large number of greenhouse gas emissions will have a certain negative impact on our living environment,air quality and socio-economic development.There will even be glacier melting,sea level rise,food impairment,species extinction and other events.Greenhouse gases include water vapor and carbon dioxide.Carbon dioxide emission reduction is a key issue at present.The carbon emission of thermal power plants in our country accounts for 40%of the total national emission.In this regard,aiming at the current situation of thennal power plants,the significance of carbon dioxide emission reduction and the exploration of carbon emission calculation methods,this paper discusses the impact of environmental governance on carbon emission,and puts forward several application strategies in accounting methods and detection system.
