环境检测实验室分析工作质量不确定度分析

Uncertainty Analysis of Analytical Work Quality in Environmental Testing Laboratory

当前环境检测实验室分析工作中不确定度指标较大,影响分析工作质量,因此需对环境检测实验室分析工作质量不确定度进行分析,进而提高实验室工作质量。校准环境实验室分析工作的检出限,找出环境检测浓度的不确定度来源;构建环境实验室分析工作质量控制体系,降低质量控制的不确定度指标,可以实现环境检测实验室平行样质量控制。采用对比实验的形式,验证了该控制方法的不确定度指标较小,可有效提高实验室分析工作质量。

At present,the uncertainty index in the analysis work of the environmental testing laboratory is relatively large,which affects the quality of the analysis work.Therefore,the uncertainty of the analytical work quality of the environmental testing laboratory is analyzed to improve the quality of the laboratory work.Calibrate the detection limit of environmental laboratory analysis work,find out the source of uncertainty of environmental detection concentration;build a quality control system for environmental laboratory analysis work,reduce the uncertainty index of quality control,so as to achieve parallel environmental testing laboratories Sample quality control.In the form of comparative experiments,it is verified that the uncertainty index of the control method is small,which can effectively improve the quality of laboratory analysis.
