区块链技术作为一种互联网数据库技术,由于其去中心化、匿名性的特点不可避免地在应用发展中产生伦理问题。在传统伦理学难以规范现代技术发展的情境下,责任伦理应运而生。其中汉斯·约纳斯提供了前瞻性、整体性、持续性的责任形态视角,启迪人们提前预测技术潜在风险,并做好防范措施;理查德·欧文的四维度框架提供行为导向。基于责任伦理理论和四维度框架,文章构建了区块链技术发展的责任伦理解决框架,以期能为区块链技术的持续健康发展提供参考。

As a kind of Internet database technology,blockchain technology has caused ethical problems in its application and development due to its decentralization and anonymity.Under the circumstance of the difficulty of traditional ethics in regulating the development of modern technology,the responsibility ethics arises.Jonas’forward-looking,holistic and sustainable perspective of responsibility inspires people to predict potential technical risks and take precautions;Erving’s four-dimensional framework provides behavioral guidance.Based on the theory of responsibility ethics and the four-dimensional framework,this paper constructs a solution framework of the responsibility ethics of blockchain technology,providing a reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the blockchain technology.
