Technical Analysis of Electric Appliance Function Testing of Commercial Vehicles

汽车电器功能是整车功能的重要组成部分,其主要通过分布于全车的电子电器元件实现功能的应用。电器功能的表现形式多样,目前车辆生产中主要通过目测、听测、试验和仪器设备检测等方法判断功能是否正常。论文依照车辆模块化生产流程,通过采用工艺分析方法制定各生产线内部电器功能检测流程和故障返修流程,提升仪表台装配、驾驶室装配、整车装配和整车调试等主要生产环节电器质量管理控制。结果显示,整车电器功能合格率得到显著提升。

The electrical appliance function is an important part of the complete vehicle function. It is mainly distributed in the whole vehicle electrical and electronic components to achieve the application of functions.The expression form of electric appliance function is various.At present, in the production of vehicles, it is mainly judged whether the function is working normally by means of visual inspection, listening test, test and instrument and equipment inspection. According to the modular production process of vehicles, this paper formulated the testing process of internal electrical appliance function and fault repair process of each production line by adopting the process analysis method, to improve the management control of electrical appliance quality such as instrument panel assembly, cab assembly, vehicle assembly and vehicle debugging. The results show that the qualified rate of electrical appliance functions of the vehicle has been significantly improved.
