复合空气悬架导向臂支座断裂问题的分析与优化

摘要 文章阐述了某危险品运输车后悬架采用的复合空气悬架系统的结构和工作原理,以导向臂支座断裂问题为例,从产品的设计、生产、装配等方面建立故障树,基于理论分析和台架试验,详细排查并定位出故障发生的主要原因,并对零件进行改进和优化,通过有限元分析计算,改进措施有效,并顺利完成整车凹凸不平路面的试验,为同类故障提供解决思路,为此类零件的可靠性设计提供依据。 The structure and working principle of the composite air suspension system used in the rear suspension of a dangerous goods transport vehicle were described. Taking the fracture of the guide arm support as an example, a fault tree was established from the aspects of product design,production and assembly. Based on theoretical analysis and bench tests, the main causes of failures were investigated and located in detail, and parts were improved and optimized. Through finite element analysis and calculation, the improvement measures were effective, and the test on the uneven road of the whole vehicle was successfully completed, which would provide solutions for similar faults and provide a basis for the reliability design of such parts.
