摘要
钢丝绳是实车碰撞试验牵引系统的重要组成部分,起将牵引力传递到试验车辆上的作用。文章首先分析了钢丝绳的结构特性,然后列举了实车碰撞试验牵引系统钢丝绳可能发生的损伤类型,并制备损伤的钢丝绳试样进行试验,最后根据试验结果分析不同种类的损伤对实车碰撞试验牵引系统钢丝绳拉伸性能及使用寿命的影响。研究实车碰撞试验牵引系统钢丝绳疲劳损伤问题可以起到排除安全隐患的作用,对保障试验安全生产具有重要意义。
The wire rope is an important part of the traction system in the real vehicle crash test,which plays the role of transferring the traction force to the test vehicle. This paper first analyzes the structural characteristics of the wire rope, then lists the possible damage types of wire rope of traction system in the real vehicle crash test, and prepares the damaged wire rope samples for the test. Finally, according to the test results, the influences of different types of damage on the tensile properties and service life of wire rope of traction system in the real vehicle crash test are analyzed.The research on the fatigue damage of wire rope of traction system in the real vehicle crash test can eliminate the potential safety hazards, and is of great significance to ensure the safe production of the test.
