摘要
整车道路耐久试验是汽车开发的关键一步。针对某乘用车稳定杆支座道路耐久试验中出现的早期断裂问题,对稳定杆支座台架耐久试验载荷谱的编制工作展开研究。在襄樊试验场采集了稳定杆应变载荷谱,利用台架标定试验完成稳定杆应变信号与液压缸载荷信号的转化。根据疲劳累积损伤原则,采用雨流计数法对载荷谱进行处理,建立了多级程序载荷谱。最后台架试验证明了编制的载荷谱的有效性,能快速有效验证稳定杆支座耐久性能。
The vehicle road durability test is the key step in the vehicle development. Aimed to solve the problem of stabilizer rod support earlier fatigue fracture in a passenger car’s road durability test,the compilation of load spectrum of the stabilizer bar bench test is studied in this paper. The strain load spectrum of stabilizer bar is collected in Xiangfan proving ground, and the conversion of the stabilizer bar strain signal and the hydraulic cylinder load signal is completed by using bench calibration test. According to the principle of fatigue cumulative damage, a multi-level program load spectrum is established by rain-flow method. Finally, it is proved by bench test that the load spectrum can be used to verify the durability of stabilizer rod support quickly and efficiently.
